Sarah is a Customer Service Leader at Critchlow focusing mainly on Emergency Management solutions. Sarah has an engineering degree in Innovative Technologies and extensive experience in IT processes (ITIL certified) and service delivery.
Sarah works to transform high level client business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements, and manages all customer support requests for clarification, prioritisation and allocation to Critchlow’s dedicated technical support team, as well as providing regular reporting on Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) for Critchlow’s Australian and New Zealand client base and acting as a trusted advisor and providing high quality service to customers.
