Geostan - Ministry of Health Information

Critchlow services for the New Zealand Ministry of Health and other Health and Disability Services (H & DS) organisations.

Critchlow have been contracted by the Ministry of Health to provide geocoding services to the health sector. If you are a health and disability services organisation, you may qualify for geocoding and/or a copy of GeoStan NZ, Critchlow’s geocoding application.

To find out whether you are eligible for Critchlow geocoding services or GeoStan NZ, please contact geostan@critchlow.co.nz with the following details:

• Organisation name
• Primary contact
• Contact details (Physical address, phone number, fax number, email)
• Service required (GeoStan NZ or geocoding or both)

If you are a medical centre, we will also require the following:

• Your PHO
• Your patient management system

Once we have your details, we are required to confirm your eligibility with the Ministry of Health, and also confirm your subscription (if you have one) with CMPMedica (NZ) Ltd. (formerly MediMedia (NZ) Ltd.).
